The worst hotel I have never experienced before. Really really really bad service, firstly there is no hot water, even the cold water is very small. I think their pump got issue or maybe they don’t even have a pump. then I reported to receiption(actually there is no reception, it’s just a small desk, the guy leave every day 9:00pm, until next day morning 10:00am he comes back). Next day when I got back to room, everything is same, no cleaning , no hot water… then I took shower with cold water and got flu. Then I complained to Xiecheng, then someone responded then I wait for one more day, when I got back to room again no hot water… really unbelievable service. Then I cancel the order change to another hotel.
